This morning was, as you may know, a bit – misty. We came out of the Droitwich Barge Canal onto the river Severn and turned to head north and to Stourport. As you will see in this video it was rather mysterious. The bow camera sees better than human eyes in fog as it is more sensitive to infra red, so you can imagine how little we could see!
Notice the end of the anchor sticking up at the bottom of the picture. We don’t normally have it ready on canals, but on rivers there is a major risk if you break down for any reason – not that we expected to.
Where is the river?

Maybe, but now you’re of no fixed abode, and flying under the radar of the authorities, “they” would have to find you first!! 🙂
Well we were thinking of using Ride of the Valkyries, but we’d have been liable for copyright, or performance fees or some such. 😉
