I previously wrote about our adventures on the River Ouse and how challenging it was. Well, that was just a training trip it turns out. Recently, we had to travel up the Trent to get on to the Chesterfield Canal. There is no other way to access this canal. It was quite exciting – as you will see here (click on the image and make sure you turn your sound up, hover cursor over the video for other controls and to select full screen video 😉 ):

we have just watched your x certificate journey into river space..hope you enjoyed it as much as we did as observers. never a dull moment on tales of the river bank..i am enjoying my brief visit to weymouth and going home tomorrow ..back to reality from a relaxing carefree few days.Love Mum xxxx
