• The Build

We now have a drawing of the approximate final layout. This drawing is made primarily so that the guys doing the metal work know where to put the portholes and hatches. The galley has become rather smaller, since it was in danger of taking over too much living space. A few things still need to be slightly modified – cupboards on the starboard side of the galley for instance.   You can get an idea of how the small amount of available space is utilised from this drawing.
